Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can walk in and buy at the counter the first time, no account needed. We accept cash and major credit cards. A Net 30 account is optional — it's useful if you're ordering regularly and want to invoice.
Can I just walk in?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during counter hours. If you know what you need, call ahead to confirm stock or lead time on custom items — it saves you a trip. Counter is at 99 McCleary Court, Concord, ON.
What are your counter hours?
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We open at 6:30 so contractors can pick up before their crews hit the site. Closed weekends and statutory holidays.
Do you do delivery?
Yes. We run regular delivery routes across the GTA — Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and Durham. Call the counter to confirm your area and schedule.
How fast can you make custom fittings?
Same day on most fittings when the job can't wait. We run a fiber laser, auto black iron welding, spiral machines, and an auto duct line in parallel on the same floor. Call our sales desk at Ext. 218 for a quote and lead time on your specific job.
What's the minimum order?
No minimum for counter pickup. For delivery, minimums vary by route — call the counter to confirm.
Do you sell to homeowners?
We're a trade supplier — our primary customers are HVAC and mechanical contractors. Homeowners are welcome to purchase at the counter if they know what they need. We don't provide installation advice or residential design services.
What materials do you work with?
Galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, satin coat, and black iron. Gauges 28 through 10. Standard stock is galvanized; custom jobs can be quoted in any material.
What gauges do you stock?
We regularly stock and fabricate in 26, 24, 22, 20, and 18 gauge galvanized. Custom orders in 16, 14, 12, and 10 gauge are available. Call the counter for availability on heavier gauges.
Do you do residential work?
Yes — B-vent, oval duct, round pipe, dryer vent fittings, grilles, and registers for residential installs are all in stock. A large share of our contractor base does residential HVAC.
How do I get a quote on custom fittings?
Call our sales desk at +1 905 738 5888, Ext. 218. Email a drawing or sketch to our sales team. Or walk up to the counter — napkin math is fine. We'll call back with pricing and lead time the same day.
Can I email you a drawing?
Yes. Email drawings or photos of sketches directly to our sales desk. We'll quote the same day. Use the contact page to send a message or attach files.
Do you stock TDC and TDF flanges?
Yes. TDC angles, angle rings, draw bands, S-clips, and related connection hardware are in stock at the counter. See the Connection Hardware category.
What's the difference between S&D and TDC duct?
Slip-and-Drive (S&D) uses a slip connector on one end and a drive cleat on the other. Faster to install, common in residential and light commercial. TDC (Transverse Duct Connector) uses a flanged system with clips and gaskets — the commercial Ontario standard for medium and large systems. We fabricate and stock both.
Do you do black iron for kitchen exhaust?
Yes. We fabricate welded black iron duct for kitchen exhaust and high-temperature applications using automatic welding equipment. We also make black iron hoods and access doors. Call Ext. 218 with your dimensions.
How do I open a Net 30 account?
Download the credit application on the Open an Account page, fill it out, and email it to ipark@maticair.com or ali@maticair.com with your Articles of Incorporation, driver's licence, and three trade references. We'll have you invoicing in a few days.
Is same-day pickup actually available?
Yes — for stocked items, always. For custom fittings, same-day on most standard shapes when you call before noon. The counter opens at 6:30 AM so you can pick up before your crew starts. If you're cutting it close, call ahead to confirm.
